A compilation of responses to questions commonly asked by Beginner-level students.  Some of these are about specific asanas, while others are of a more generic nature.  Most recordings are in video format, while some are audio responsesSome questions come up repeatedly – about extending the arms overhead, about the breath and about meditation, bending knees in case of knee injury etc.  We have retained some of these related questions because, depending on the context, and the person who has asked, the responses are a little different.
