These sessions are part of our continuing class series. They are meant for different levels, and might require different kinds of preparedness. Our classes maintain a continuity and progression of actions and instructions over several sessions. Please use your discretion if trying any of these sessions.

Class Series are organised by various themes like:

Deep Dives

Sessions focussing on ONE Asana. More than just giving the technical instructions for the asana, these sessions also discuss the preparatory work, the variables of the asana, and adaptations/ supports for those with limitations.

Audio-video Hybrids

Meant for a quiet practice, these sessions are divided into two parts.  the first part is a video session to prepare for the second part. The second part of these sessions are quiet sessions with long holds.  They are a mix of asana classes with minimal instructions, or breath-centered sessions.  For a deeper and quieter experience

Back Care

One of the most important part of our body – that gives us skeleto-muscular stability, and is also the seat of the central nervous system.  Back health is much more than relaxing, resting and stretching the back.  A healthy back is strong and flexible, and holds up well under physical and emotional stress. It needs nurture as well as challenge. This series of sessions is meant for people who want to start the journey of taking control of their Back.
