This Short Course recommend for cold days to warm yourself up, or for days that you are feeling dull, or to use it to re-start your practice after a break.
The 3 sessions in this Short Course are not complex, no new concepts are introduced. The sessions do not include inversions and can therefore be attmepted even by relative beginners. The Asanas are done dynamically. The sessions can be done by themselves, or they can follow one other in the sequence in which they are listed.
