Focus: The final session in the series of seated forward extension teaches how to use these Asanas for a quiet practice. Such a practice is cooling, emotionally quietening, recommended for headache, high blood pressure, when feeling physically debilitated, for those who struggle with forward extensions due to back stiffness, and is part of menstrual practice for women. Although supported, to be effective, these positions still follow the principles of forward extensions that are re-inforced in this session.
