Anchoring to Extend the Back

This session  builds on the first part and the second parts. ‘Anchoring’ (fixing in space) the lowest end of the back, sets free the rest of the back to extend and expand safely. We look at a few examples of anchoring can be done.
there is also a transition to forward extension and backward extensions in this session. but since both are being done following the ‘anchoring principle, they are safe for most people.
