This is a deep dive into one of the most complex positions at the Beginner level. The limbs, the spine, the hips and the shoulders; a standing asana, a twist, a forward extension and a back arch and a balancing position: stability, flexibility; ability to do, ability to sense – these various components have to come together to execute Parivrtta trikonasana with grace.
