Learning to use the muscles of the abdominal area in a novel way: without hardening or clenching the abdominal muscles. Instead, we try to connect them to arm and leg movements.
There are only a few classical Asanas in this session, but there are a lot of fun and interesting movements where we explore the challenges of moving the limbs away from the abdominal ‘core’ without disturbing this area. Since the movements are simple (that doesnt mean they easy!), this session can be attempted even by relative Beginners.
