A sequence to relieve abdominal heaviness/sluggishness, this is a mix of active and passive positions.
This is an option for re-starting the practice after a dull period (maybe spent vacationing!). This practice will get the limbs to start moving again, it will activate the abdominal area, it will gently stretch out the back, the supported back arches will energise the mind and the body. This intermediate level session includes the more intense abdominal actions of Jathara Parivartanasana, as well as supported inversions: Sarvangasana and Halasana.
