Back of the body is easily ignored, probably because we never can see it in the mirror. The root of the thighs that are connected to the hip are of two types. The quadriceps which are in the front and the Hamstrings which are located in the back. The Hamstrings are a bunch of three muscles and they connect the leg to the hip on the top end and to the knee on the bottom end.
In this session we use a blanket to create an imprint and then practice to increase the awareness in the root of the hamstring.
